Neurosurgery Team Joins Southern Hills Medical Center

(NASHVILLE, TN- June 28, 2010)  Southern Hills Medical Center is pleased to welcome Christopher Taleghani, MD and Sanat Dixit, MD, board certified neurosurgeons to its staff.

            Dr. Taleghani received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and Dr. Dixit graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.  The team worked together at Pennsylvania State University, Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in neurosciences.

Dixit and Taleghani are valuable additions to our surgical staff,” said Thomas Ozburn, chief executive officer of Southern Hills Medical Center.  “Together they bring an impressive background of training and experience in the field of neurosciences to the Southern Hills medical community.”  Now accepting new patients, and offering same day appointments in most cases.
